About These Notes

This document is an Equity problem question answer structure for LAWS2015 and LAWS5015 at the University of Sydney. It’s 55 pages long and very useful. This will show you how to identify relevant issues and then how to answer problem questions. You can use these notes for both LAWS2015 and LAWS5015 courses. Use these Equity notes to identify each and every step of a resolution of an issue on every stage of the analysis.

These include all required case laws and legislation, and includes details of cases where needed. That will allow you to distinguish the problem question you have with the authorities you are using. I’m using following materials to prepare these notes;
