  • Causes of action: trespass to land (intentional tort);
  • Cause of action: the tort of private nuisance;
  • Cause of action: the tort of negligence (carelessness): in detail;
  • Causes of action: assault and battery (intentional torts);
  • Remedies: damages assessment;
